Delivery Information

We always send out deliveries in using the cheapest possible delivery for each item ordered. Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £300.

  • The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We endeavor to dispatch most items within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday - Friday).
  • Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce some items may be dispatched using TNT.
  • Products may be sent out separately to save on postage charges and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
  • Whilst we do our best to keep the stock level's upto date, as well as our online shop we are also a wholesaler and occassionally items may become out of stock before the website can be updated. In this case you will be contacted by email with an approximate delivery date.

Change or cancel an order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Sales team for advice on 01579 362319 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday - Friday, or email us here.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including Oils, special order items and personalized items.

Track your order

To check your order status, just sign in or register at the top of the page, then click on My Account followed by View orders.

  • Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet.
  • Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.
  • Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched by a separate carrier. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email our Sales team or telephone on 01579 362319, 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our Sales Team or call us on 01579 362319, 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out by multiple carriers and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

Whilst we endeavor to keep our website up to date, on occasion products may become unexpectedly out of stock. In this situation we will contact you to discuss a delay to your order, an alternative item or cancellation of your order.

Returns procedure

  • Fill out your reason(s) for return in writing, stating your full name and contact number.
  • Enclose the letter with the product, and package up securely

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Condition of returns

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. See terms and conditions here.

Delivery charges

We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order and products are in their original condition.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • Made to measure or personalised goods
  • Sealed goods where the opening of the product makes it unsuitable for re-sale
  • Special order goods which have been ordered from our suppliers especially for you and are as such no returnable to the supplier.

We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
