Guarantees

RUAG Ammotec UK Ltd guarantee to repair or rectify, free of charge, any fault arising from defect in materials or manufacture for the period detailed below. A carriage and/or handling charge may be made.

This guarantee is void if the product has been abused, misused, damaged by accident, used with hand loaded and/or reloaded or improper ammunition or with an obstruction in the barrel, or damaged by failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This warrenty does not apply to wear of any parts including metal, wood, plastic, rubber and other materials, surface finish or where an unauthorised repair and/or alteration has been performed.

** SHOULD REPAIR ATTENTION BE REQUIRED FOR ANY PRODUCT: PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE ORIGINAL DEALER FROM WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED, ALONG WITH YOUR SALES RECEIPT. **

The terms of this guarantee do not affect your stautory rights.

GUNS:

ANSCHUTZ: Two year guarantee from date of sale. One year manufactuer warranty extended to two years by RUAG Ammotec UK Ltd.

BERGARA: Two year guarantee from date of sale.

BETTINSOLI: Three year guarantee from date of sale. One year manufactuer warranty extended to three years by RUAG Ammotec UK Ltd.

PERAZZI: One year guarantee from date of sale, extended to three years upon return of valid guarantee card.

 

OPTICS:

GECO:
- Geco standard - 5 Years (2 years for Electronic components) from date of sale
- Geco Gold - 10 years (2 years for Electronic components) from date of sale
- Geco Black - 10 years (2 years for Electronic components) from date of sale

 

OTHER:

SPORTSMATCH: Lifetime guarantee.

HAUSKEN: 2 Years from date of sale

 

Please refer to your original guarantee card or manufacturer's instructions for full details, exclusions and terms of product warranties. Proof of sale will be needed for all warranty claims. The purchaser should always contact the dealer from which the item was orginally purchased in the first instance. Should a dealer need to return any item/s to us for you MUST contact the office for a repair reference number before dispatch, some items may need to be sent directly to our gunsmith and NOT to our warehouse. If returning weapons for repair you MUST ensure item/s are not cocked or loaded and are in a safe condition to travel. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure all goods returned to us are packed sufficiently for normal carrier handing.
